Crawl Space Sump Pump
This equipment is designed to be triggered so that when water gets to a particular level, a lever is flipped which turns it on. It takes the water and moves it out of the crawl space (CS) by way of a discharge line. This line will go outside of the home and drains the water away from the home.
Like nearly anything with moving parts, this equipment must be regularly checked to make sure that it is functioning properly and efficiently. A slow or stopped up pump or one with a dead battery or unfastened cables won't do any good. Experts recommend having your pump checked out at least one time per year. Click to view our service area.
ABT offers a variety of CS pump products for use in homes all over Northeastern and Northern Wisconsin. If you're searching for easy ways to boost the value of your property, this equipment is a superb starting point. Why? It helps keep the lower levels of your house -- whether it is a basement or CS - dried up all year round.
The Crawl Space Sump Basin is a basin specifically made for really snug areas. It is shaped from the exact same high strength, impact-resistant polyethylene which the Dry Right Sump Basin is manufactured from but it's just 16” tall. Perfect for small areas or where a shallow sump pit is needed. This equipment is backed by a lifetime guarantee.
Why is this needed?
It's necessary to have a sump pump in your CS to help keep moisture out. If left untreated, this moisture build-up could possibly lead to the development of mold or mildew. Mold can have a negative influence on your family's health. Mold isn't just limited to your crawl space when it grows. The mold spores can start to circulate throughout your entire home.
Avoid this situation altogether by having this equipment installed in your home. You'll be glad that you did!
