The Problem - Vertical Wall Cracks

Vertical wall cracks are common in poured concrete foundations. Cracks can occur during the curing process of new concrete when the concrete can shrink and then crack. While the crack itself is not typically a cause for concern, the crack may allow water to leak into your basement. Then annoying puddles can start which will cause damage to stored items and increase the dampness of your basement. Moisture can create serious health issues. The Wall Crack Solution

The crack is packed with urethane resin to deter water from entering. The Dry Right Crack Membrane is applied over the crack with hydrophobic sealer. A small portion of the concrete floor is removed and the Dry Right membrane permits any water that would still penetrate the crack to be redirected to the draintile where it was designed to go. The concrete is replaced and urethane resin is applied to the sides of the membrane to assure a waterproof seal.
