About Eric Turner, President of ABT

Eric T. is the foundation expert with over 14 years of foundation repair experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge to this industry which is now available to you. Through his extensive experience and education, he knows which solutions work and which do not. He and his trusted staff will ensure that you are getting the most effective and permanent solution for your unique foundation configuration.

Part of Eric's extensive background includes training foundation repair contractors as far as the East Coast in correct repair methods. He has worked with several contractors in Michigan and Iowa, and he conducted a seminar for local home inspectors in what to look for when inspecting basements.

As the first member of the Wisconsin Association of Foundation Repair Professionals in this area, Eric has been instrumental in bringing the standards of WAFRP to Northeastern Wisconsin and promoting them to contractors. As a member of Wisconsin Home Inspectors Association (WAHI), he consults with area home inspectors when they come upon foundation problems. Eric was selected to be the foundation expert for the WAHI Arbitration Board. He also provides foundation consulting for local professionals, including realtors, municipalities, engineering firms, and general contractors.

Dave Brehmer

Dave joined ABT with over 10 years of foundation repair experience, five of which he received hands-on experience as a Lead Foreman fixing bad basements, just like yours. Ben Mikkelson

Ben has worked closely with our production crews while undergoing training in waterproofing and basement repair methods. Local homeowners may have met him at local homeshows where Ben represented ABT. He has many years of experience working with homeowners in landscaping and nursery work. Linnie Shipman

Linnie has over 14 years of basement repair experience. As our Operations Manager, Linnie will be sure that you have the best experience possible as we repair your basement. LeeAnn LeDuc

LeeAnn has been in the basement repair industry for 13 years in the administrative role. As Office and Accounting Manager, she oversees the office staff, and is responsible for accounting and payroll functions. LeeAnn is married to Jeff and has 3 grown children. She enjoys reading, cooking, travel and spending time with her kids.

Helen Balthazor

Corey Metcher

Corey has more than 10 years of experience in basement repair. He was a foreman with ABT’s foundation repair crews for many years and was promoted to Production Manager because of his knowledge and ability to create a positive experience for homeowners he comes in contact with. You will find Corey to be one of the most knowledgeable people in basement repair as well as a kind and caring individual. Fred Pfanku

Fred has over a decade of experience along with certifications and extensive training in basement waterproofing, foundation repairs and crawl space encapsulation. He takes pride in meeting with homeowners experiencing foundation issues and providing effective solutions for all of them. He takes full responsibility for every job he is involved with and is a trusted member of the ABT Foundation Solutions team. Fred’s hobbies are water sports, landscaping, carpentry and remodeling.
