    Your ABT crew arrives and the foreman will introduce himself.
  • Foreman will have you show him the best way to the basement and confirm the area to be worked in.
  • The crew will cover carpet and flooring in work area if needed.
  • Concrete will be removed with jackhammers from the work area. We will do our best to minimize dust, but there may be some.
  • The rubble that is removed is put into buckets and carried out to our truck for disposal.
  • The trench is dug next to the footing and cleaned out.
  • A hole for the ABT Dry-RightTM Sump System is dug (if part of contract).
  • A bed of gravel is laid in the trench to provide drainage.
  • ABT Dry-RightTM water control material is laid on top of the gravel and connected to the Sump Pump.
  • ABT Dry-RightTM board is laid where the floor meets the wall on top of the footing.
  • Inspection ports are inserted into the ABT Dry-RightTM Water System.
  • Additional gravel is laid around ABT Dry-RightTM Water System as needed.
  • Basement is broom-swept in the work area.
  • Plastic is laid over the ABT Dry-RightTM Water System.
  • The concrete is carried into the basement and poured into the trench.
  • The concrete is carefully troweled into place to match with existing concrete as best as possible.
  • A broom is used to clean up the affected area.
  • You have peace of mind knowing your basement is repaired
